2005 Vegetarian Christmas in British Columbia
Finally got around to posting our photos from our Christmas Vacation trip. The trip started rather EVENTFULLY when neither Christine nor I remembered that BC was in Canada, and therefore our passports are required. Luckily, we were able to reschedule our flights for later that day.

We met up with Michelle and Steve in Seattle and slowly worked our way by plane, by car, by boat to Victoria Island where we stayed at Christine’s Big Aunt’s place. Along the way we stopped by many interesting locations including the Very First Starbucks and the Victoria Island government parliament building.
We had an excellent Christmas with Big Aunt’s family, and both I and Steve were amazed that a completely vegetarian diet was not only filling but very tasty!
The trip ended with another ferry ride to Vancouver where we escorted Steve and Michelle to the airport, and we started our eating binge in the excellent Vancouver culinary scene. Peking Duck, Crab Soup Dumplings, Dim Sum, Oh MY!
